With this great idea, ---- has partnered with industries across India to bring about a change — especially for youth from economically underprivileged backgrounds, rural areas, and industrially underdeveloped regions.

Students receive a monthly stipend for their living expenses and pay no fees until the program is completed. All training costs are borne by the industry partners.

The idea is to offer students real, employable skills and practical industry exposure while they are still studying (Certificate or Diploma). This includes weekly theory classes and on-the-job training.

After successful completion, students may receive full-time job offers or explore opportunities elsewhere. This model ensures that they Earn while they Learn.
